Motor Learning and The Pilates Method - Saturday March 2nd, 2024 from 2-4pm, live in the studio or virtually. Learn how to facilitate your client's learning using scientifically proven methods—how to break down skills, cue tasks, provide meaningful feedback, the role of error in the learning process, and how to create long lasting, relevant change for your clients. $90. Online Face Pilates Course - Qualifies for 6 CECs through Oct 2023. Consists of 12 lessons videos lasting 20-45 minutes each that you can view at any time as often as you like. Includes handouts and additional resources. $250

The Lymphatic System and Pilates - Learn about how the lymphatic system works, where lymph nodes are located and how to stimulate them, what types of movement encourage fluids to flow, and specific Pilates exercises that move lymph.
